Shipping and Return
Shipping Information for orders within Australia
We post our handbags using Australia Post for free for orders over $100.00 and charge a flat rate of $10.00 for orders under $100.00.
We will also provide a tracking number after posting, however if you would like to pay an additional $5 each for the signature delivery option or express shipping, please let us know beforehand. Orders within any metropolitan Australia area should be received within 5 -7 working days and regional areas between 7-10 days. Parcels will be delivered between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. If orders are made after 5pm on Friday or over the weekend your parcel will be dispatched on Monday. To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm.
If your order is not in stock, please be aware that the shipping will take up to 2 to 4 weeks. We will endeavor to keep you posted and ensure your purchase will arrive within the time frame.
Local Pick up
If you have selected 'Local Pick Up' for your order you must pick up your order from our home studio in Modbury North-5092, South Australia within 5 business days of placing your order. We will communicate the full address via message or email.
Your order will be placed outside the front door of our home studio between 9am-6pm, and held inside overnight for the safety of your parcel.
If you do not pick up your order after 5 business days, you will need to email us to arrange a time for pick up inside our business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).
Shipping Information for International orders (outside of Australia)
We post our handbags using Australia Post for a flat rate of AUD 40.00 for international orders outside Australia and it can take upto 4-5 weeks for you to receive the order with the standard shipping. If you prefer express shipping, it will be an additional charge of AUD 10 and it can take upto 1-2 weeks for you to receive the order.
We will also provide you a tracking number after posting your order.
For a full refund or exchange you need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return the items to: Mimi and Coco, within 7 days of receiving your item/s. (address will be supplied once you have emailed us your issue)
All items must be returned with no damage to the item or packaging.
We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will refund you the purchase price of the item/s.
*Please note: If you choose to obtain a refund due to Change of Mind, shipping costs will NOT be included in the refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Damaged or Faulty Items
We will gladly refund or exchange any faulty or damaged product. Please e-mail email@example.com with photographic evidence and we will be in-touch with you within 1-2 business days.
Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method. Please allow 1-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
*We will include return shipping costs on the faulty or damaged item.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED IF I PAID WITH AFTERPAY ?
If you request a refund on an order which has been paid for using Afterpay, once processed by our accounts team, your order will automatically be refunded by Afterpay. You will receive an email notification from both MIMI & COCO and AfterPay to confirm your refund has been processed and AfterPay will reimburse you for any funds you have already paid and cancel any outstanding payments.
Please note that the Afterpay charges us a non refundable processing fees on every transaction. Therefore the final refund will be the total amount paid minus AfterPay processing fees.
