Pre-Order Purchases

We ask for 3-4 weeks from the time of purchase to dispatch your pre ordered items. 

FAQS: 

"What if I ordered something ready to ship and a pre order item in the single order?"

Answer: If you combine ready to ship & pre order items, all items will be shipped together via the the same shipping method selected at checkout. 

"Will selecting express shipping put my order to the front of the que?" 

Answer: Express shipping means your order will be sent via express shipping with auspost, this will not alter your order in the que. Once we have the pre orders products back in stock then only your order will be dispatched on express shipping from our Adelaide office.
