Absolutely love my new Viola leather backpack. A perfect size for all the essentials and more. The leather is sublime, so soft and I love that amazing smell you get when I open it, the true test of beautiful leather. Highly recommend it! The only flaw, the internal pockets at too small.

Big but compact, nice leather, external pocket nice to have, only negative will be that the 2 internal pockets are too small for my phone 🙁

Black Viola backpack

This is the second backpack I have bought - the first one in the yellow colour. I love them both. Beautifully made, gorgeous aesthetic, great design and size, very reasonable price point. Thoroughly recommend .

Whilst the back is quick large, it looks better when secured with the 'toggle', however this makes getting into the pack time consuming. Of course you can use the zip to close it, however, again annoying when have to quickly access something (eg: purse). Even though there is a small external zip pocket (it IS small) the pack would be better with more external pockets. Have had many shoulder/back packs and this one appears to slip off (if using as a shoulder bag), unfortunately I don't think I would buy another one. However, having said the above the quality of the leather is good, and the colour is also very nice.
